Super Heroes!

Annie and I know three guys whose birthdays are all in August.  This year, they collectively celebrated their mid-20s with a throwback super hero birthday party.  While the hosts fulfilled childhood dreams of becoming Ninja Turtles or Batman, Awesome Annie arrived and stole the show.  Edna Mode would disapprove, but isn't that cape impressive?

She came in good company, as her boyfriend Toren sewed this outfit to be Pajama Man.  He has the somewhat tenative power of producing a midnight snack in times of need.

A good friend of mine recently got sick and needed two blood transfusions.  Man, were we grateful for that unknown donor!  So this is me, dressed as a real lifesaving hero!

Off to save the day!  But with those capes- watch out for airplanes!
